Fix CSharpier formatting in
BlazorCanvas2d.csprojto resolve CI failures.The
dotnet csharpier check .command was failing in GitHub workflows because the<Version>element'sConditionattribute inBlazorCanvas2d/BlazorCanvas2d.csprojwas not formatted according to CSharpier's rules, specifically expecting the attribute to be on a new line. This PR adjusts thecsprojto match the expected format.
